Barley Mill Court Real Estate

Barley Mill Court was another of the Greenville real estate communities which were developed in the 1970's by Betty Robbins along with her business partner Vince DiSabatino. It was a change for this area in that it was a higher end community which also included some townhomes. At the time that was considered a real gamble, but one that paid off. The real estate neighborhood has continued to be popular with smaller lot sizes and all custom construction, plus it has the public sewer system that much of Greenville lacks. The bulk of the homes were built by Allaen Liddicoat, who at that time was DiSabatino's son-in-law. The wonderful location on Barley Mill Road (100 yards away from Joe Bidens' home on the same side of the road) makes for convenience - being just 10 minutes from the heart of downtown Wilmington. Plus the internet service is unbelievably good since Biden was elected Vice President. I wonder if that had anything to do with it??????
