Hockessin Valley Falls Real Estate

Hockessin Valley Falls is a real estate community with an interesting history. The original builder was R. C. Peoples, who was popular in southern New Castle County. Moving north they built large homes with strong quality construction but not a lot of "pizazz". They in turn started selling lots without builder tie in, creating a mixture of homes built, including a show home for Southern Living Magazine. A large group of building lots were purchased by Toll Brothers, but other builders such as Landmark continued to build homes, creating a very diverse group of homes. The location alongside Brackenville Road is also quite convenient. .
