Hockessin Hunt is one of the first Toll Brothers (the builder) communities that were built in the 1980's. Up to that point the new construction market was dominated by local builders. Toll Brothers designs with large closets and master baths took over the market for a period - until the local builders caught on and changed. Hockessin Hunt at the intersection of Valley Road and Brackenville Road was an immediate success.
