Breidablik is the home of Baldr in Norse mythology. Located in Greenville, it is a prestigious custom real estate community with a minimum of 2 acres built in the 80's. The homes range from very nice to absolutely magnificent. They have on site septic systems and the lucky ones back up to extraordinary views of Hoopes Reservoir (a private water reservoir serving the City of Wilmington). Breidablik is close to the highly regarded private Tatnall School and being off Barley Mill Road close to the intersection with Centerville Road gives good access to the shopping in both Greenville and at Prices Corner on Kirkwood Highway - plus it is close to one of my favorite restaurants, Capers and Lemons. Breidablik is always a good choice, though one does find some terrain there (hills).
