Stoney Run is another small single street neighborhood in the Greenville real estate area. It is located right off the scenic Montchanin Road (Route 100) between Buck and Adams Dam Road. Being right across the street from the prestigious Wilmington Country Club's North Golf Course is rather nice. The homes are quite large and so are the lots. When you look up good location in the dictionary, it says "see Stoney Run". But don't look for a huge entrance sign as an understated "Summit Lane" is all that you will see.
