Wood Creek Real Estate

Wood Creek is a real estate community sitting at the very edge of the Pike Creek area. It was built by Louis Capano, (sometimes referred to as the godfather of the construction business and the most successful of the large Capano family). The designs were updated reflecting the influences of the out of state builders which came into our area in the mid 1980's.
